  Wow....
This is my last post...how incredibly sad....I am now home in Marenisco...I just got here two hours ago...I've been traveling for a good 26 hours or so...I loved Wien and Praha...they were fantastic...the people that went from NMU turned out to be a lot of fun...and I'll miss not seeing them everyday...but I definately missed all of you...I can't wait to see everyone and hear what everyone has done this summer....I feel a little lost and out of the loop coming back...and it definately feels weird...but I have lots of great stories...haha...at least I think they are...I just want to say thanks for the e-mails, the posts, and the phone calls...they meant absolutely the world to me to know that you were thinking of me! Love you all and can't wait to finish the rest of this summer with you!

  Almost done....
I'll be home soon! I ended up not going to Paris and I'm actually in Prague right now...it started out kind of bad...as we were walking to the U to go to our motel room some random boy grabbed Jaime in a private place...so that was not cool....then we went on the U and we decided to be bold and not get tickets cause it wasn't that far and in Vienna they don't check em...well they do in Prague...we got a ticket and had to pay 400 crowns which is like 20 bucks! Grrr....then after that....we went to the motel and we only got it for three people when four are staying here...and so Tom and I went up to the room and I went to go get Jaime and Stacy...well I went down this stair well that had green and stairs on it...green means go right? WRONG! I got locked in the stairwell...I had to pound on the door until Tom heard me and came and got me out...good thing our room was right by it otherwise...I would've been in trouble! I was singing in there "I'm locked....in a stair...well...." Not fun....so then we went to a restaurant to eat cause we hadn't eaten all day and we had been on the bus...and the waitress didn't understand us and brought two pizzas instead of one...and then she was all crabby with us..so we started out angry at all people in Praha...but then it got better....we had people telling us we were beautiful...and I had a guy tell me that he loved me as I was walking down the street....good to know someone in Praha loves me! haha...I can't wait to go home..I'm ready...three more days...mom, please pick us up from the airport...I'll call you when I get back to Wien...or you can call me...probably on Sunday or Monday :) See you all soon...it's been too long....love you and miss you....

  Norb and I think Tom...
Norb...I already know I won't be able to find you a shirt that says European as much as I would want to...but you definately will get a doorknob...I was just wondering though, does it matter if the doorknob turns right or left? haha....
Tom...I think that was you that put the one about everything, because it was witty and that is you all the way! As for the Tiger, it was not Siberian therefore it spoke German, so I don't know how you would teach it to speak German if it were Siberian...I did not pick you up a frog from the Danube, sorry, too late on the request, they have however three eyes from all the toxins and would've been hard to catch with their sevens legs...however I would get you wallpaper except they do not wallpaper their walls here...it's like a spackler plaster everywhere we go...but if I get my hands on wallpaper consider it yours! The Danube water flowed forwards when we were going down it...but if we had got back on the boat and flowed back up the river it definately would've gone backwards...sorry I didn't do that...they required us to row if we were going to do that and I didn't bring the right shoes for that....j/k! You need a vacation and you need to wait til I get back and graduate from school and have money so we can go to Australia! So anyways...gonna stop typing now...cause if it isn't Tommy P...then I'm an idiot....haha!!! Oh wait by the way, souvenir wasn't the worse misspelled word...I think Norb's Eropean was....haha...EUROPEAN :)

  Been a while....
So I haven't had much of a chance to hop on the net...but that doesn't mean I've been uber busy! Al came and spent a couple days....great to have her! I think she was relieved to come back to the world of ENGLISH! haha...it's weird how comforting it is to have people speak English...As for all the questions...the toilets don't actually have toilet bowls...they do, but it's not a tank of water...so when you flush you hold down one side of the button thingy and water shoots from the back of the bowl and it pushed it down into a smaller basin and then you push the other side of the button and the water stops...so I don't know what you want to call that! haha...as for the toilet paper even people in america don't understand how to put the toilet paper roll on right...it should so that you have to spin it towards you and the paper falls down...but yes if we are going by those standards the toilet paper is backwards! haha...The Danube River is not blue, it's murky green and yellow...really gross looking....and I'm not sure what else was asked but I can get back to it for ya! haha...As for the Vienna Sausages they are just called Frankfurters and that is not a hot dog because those are just Weiners....pronouncing the W as a V....I think thats enough of an educational experience for ya for today! haha...I miss Dairymen's like somethin' fierce! I miss all of you co-workers even more! Can't wait to come back, definately ready for camping...anything inexpensive! haha...Ang called the other day...SO GOOD TO HEAR HER VOICE! And Leah called last nite that was a great surprise! Leah and her men...what can I say....haha....Mom called yesterday too...she just finished doing her interim job at the hospital and needless to say she is utterly relieved! She wants me to go to Paris so I'm doin it! Next weekend I'm leaving on Friday on the Eurorail...should be fun...I miss everyone so much that the days here are getting longer....I really wished I could've been there for the last school song played in Marenisco High School....many tears shed for this side...Also congrats Mark on graduation...Dan I found you something kick ass now its just a matter of finding the store again! haha...I don't know how many souvenirs I'll be able to bring back but I'll try kids! Maybe just lots of chocolate! haha...wish I could bring the ice cream back with me...it's delicious! It's actually nice weather here today...it's 20 some degrees....the best its been in a while! I'm getting use to the language and weird looks...and I just had a guy walk by and speak German to me like I would understand...so I think the huge AMERICAN stamp thats on my forehead is rubbing off...I found a cute tank top for 5 euros that has the word FRUKT on it...with cherries and stuff...its super cute! Jaime, Tom, Stacy, and Cat are in Buda and Pest this weekend...another informative fact for ya'all...Budapest is actually two cities...Buda and Pest :D I think I've been leaving the Carrie Miller mark on Austria...we've taught our teachers slang...more then they probably want to know! haha...But we're all learning...class is insane now...in conversation we have to talk in German the whole time....doesn't she realize we've only been studying German for 3 weeks?!?!!? haha...I'm gettin' kind of good...for coming over here and not knowing anything I'd say I'm an ace! haha...Jaime and I do however play a lot of mash during class though so I'm sure I could probably know more! Well I suppose i should get going...love you and miss you all tons! See you in a week and two days! Servus!

  Still alive!!!
haha...well it's been a while since my last post on here...been a little busy folks...but I see all of you have still taken the time to type me a little message...thanks to all you! Your awesome! And in case any of you were curious about the one anonymous that was too computer illiterate to write his name in the message...that would be Dan! haha...just had to give you a hard time back...you'll see you money...someday....maybe like in a will or something...Anyways...Sunday we went down the Donau river...which is the Danube...AWESOME! I think that was one of the most fun things I've done here yet...as you can tell the longer I stay here the worse my English gets! So anywho...we hopped a train at 8:30 Sunday morn and took it to Stilft Melk where we toured a monastery that was incredible! Awesome pictures for you when I get back...then we hopped on a boat that went down the river it had three levels and we chose to sit on top...as we went down the river you could see like these fairy tale castles...amazing....and we stopped at a few ports...one of the ports we stopped at was where Richard the Lionhart was held up at...it was neato...hell of a hike though! Good thing we got drunk at the bottom before we started the climb... :| Then we sailed all the way to the bottom and got on another train to come home...well before we got on the train...we had like 15 minutes to do absolutely nothing but wait...then this girl who we call JK because one day instead of saying just kidding..she said JK...well anyways...she walked in with this awesome looking pita sandwich so we were like lets get some! So we sprinted down to it...well time was creeping on...and soon enough we had 5 minutes left...then 4.....then 3....then we started booking it for the train...and we got on the train sat down and said like two sentences and it departed....we almost missed it and we would totally have been screwed!!! Then on Monday Ali came...she ended up getting lost because she fell asleep on the train and missed her stop...so she hiked up the tracks...and found a phone and called me...luckily it wasn't too bad to straighten out...She took her first shower in like 3 or 4 days...looked more like 10! haha..kiddin' Al...They've been staying with us as well...So Cat is in one bed...Ali and Lexy are in the other....Jaime is on the couch...and I'm on the other floor's couch...Yesterday we went to the zoo...it was so pretty...not like the ones in the US...there was hardly any pavement...it was just naturally beautiful...and huge! Tons of animals...saw pandas, giraffes, cougars, lions, tigers, penguins, sheep, deer, polar bears, kangaroos, alligators, and many more! It was nice...I liked it at least...then we went to a concert that night where there was pretty much the whole city of Vienna there! It was the Viennese PhilHarmonic Orchestra...and the conductor was the guy that sang the song "Don't worry, be happy" It was good...but it got cold so most of us left early to head home and warm up...We stopped and got ice cream...and after the ice cream here there is no way I will be able to eat ice cream in the US again! It's incredible! Ali almost raped her cone I think! haha...good stuff...it tastes almost like it's sherbert...I don't know...just good! haha...Today I think the plans are to go to the church again...or the Botanical Gardens with Ali...not sure though...I've been gettin' a little lazy lately...just kind of ready to go home...love it here...but it's nice to just be in your bed and your room...ya know? Well to everyone thats been typing messages and calling and e-mailing...thank you....it means tons! Keep it up ;) Love you and miss you all!

Goin' to Austria! Woohoo!
